Completed projects

Since 2007 we have been working with different communities in the Colombian region, addressing problems caused by inequality and difficulty in accessing resources.

Within the framework of the project "Re-imagining territories of female autonomy in Bogotá", funded by De Carleton University, Fundación Proyectar Sin Fronteras was involved in the relocation of a pre-existing community garden located in CasaB (a cultural center located in the Belén neighborhood), installing new family gardens and training the community to maintain the garden and produce clean and nutritious food that could be used in a community kitchen project to be developed in the same space of the cultural center and whose implementation will be led by Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.

Urban vegetable gardens

To help address food insecurity and strengthen the social fabric in Bogotá, between April 2022 and January 2023, Proyectar Sin Fronteras and a large team of volunteers will focus efforts on implementing an education project in the Tocaimita neighborhood in the town of Usme.
