Ongoing projects

Currently, there are several ongoing projects focused on the sustainable and sustainable food system. These initiatives seek to promote food production in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner, as well as promote responsible and conscious consumption. These projects range from agroecological production to food distribution and marketing, and seek to improve the quality of life of local communities, boost the economy and reduce negative impacts on the environment. We work on aspects such as organic farming, the use of renewable energy in food production, waste management, among others. All of this with the aim of contributing to the construction of a fairer and more sustainable food system.
